Sabita Karar (featuring herself) is an elderly lady suffering from Schizophrenia. She believes she is still living at her birthplace, Giridi. She thinks of herself to be a teenager and her daughters are her sisters. In reality, she is living at Howrah with in-laws, at her late 70’s. The absence of any real way through to her utopia has made her longing more for it. She waits for a car which her grand-daughter Mitul once promised to send her, to take her away to Giridi, her school, to the river Ushri, to the mist of the hills where she used to play, sing songs, read poetries and exchanged her first love letter. The hollowness of such longing makes her realize that she is lost like the blurry words of those letters. It’s her memory that is ever morphing and defusing like a liquid.
